Refund policy
At Desitee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. Please contact us before returning any item to arrange the process.
